Cyber Monday on Twitter - November 29th, 2008

The sun had barely gone down on Black Friday and all the talk has turned to Cyber Monday.
With Twitter you can just sit and watch the Cyber Monday deals fly by without doing anything more than refreshing your screen.

Online Shopping to Shut Down Stores? - November 28th, 2008

Based on the fact that I went into a Walmart today, Black Friday, and was able to go through the checkout with zero wait time in the middle of the day I am starting to wonder how much longer it will be before online shopping makes up 90% of all shopping we do?
It will be interesting to see what kind of deals surface on Cyber Monday this year.

Black Friday Netbook Deals - November 26th, 2008

This is my goal for the weekend, to find the best Black Friday Netbook Deal.
What I really want is a Linux based Netbook. I have been looking at all types of devices from simple Internet Tablets to iPhones to Netbooks. From my perspective I think a Netbook might suite my needs the best.
Now if I could find a Linux Netbook for under $200 I will buy it!

PayPal Joins the Best Holiday Deals - November 24th, 2008

Seems PayPal.com wants to help stimulate the economy for this Holiday, they are now offering some PayPal Customers their own Bill Me Later program. Shop using PayPal and make no payments until April 2009.
Included in the offer is a $10 credit if you make $50 in purchases by December 31st, and they state there are over 1000 merchants to choose from.
Make sure to read the fine print before you go shopping !

Google SearchWiki - November 21st, 2008

The new Google SearchWIki is pretty cool.
Lot’s of talk about how it may affect SEO and moving the rankings, but according to this Google SearchWiki announcement it is more of a note tracker than anything else and the movements will not affect others results.
Although maybe in the future these adjustments can help fine tune the rankings.

Black Friday Online Deals - November 21st, 2008

This Black Friday is shaping up to have some real shopping deals that will be hard to pass up. Retailers are gonna have to offer some pretty big discounts to get people to shop with the way the economy is going.
If your looking for the best Black Friday shopping deals a great place to watch is Twitter, just do a search for Online Deals.
With thousands of people posting what they find it is probably the easiest way to keep up with all the current Coupons and deals being offered!

Thanksgiving 2008 - November 20th, 2008

Hard to believe we are just one week away from Thanksgiving for 2008.
It will certainly be interesting to watch how the struggles of the struggles affect the Thanksgiving Holidays.
We may see the Football ratings go up and the Black Friday sales go down as more are forced to stay home and watch TV instead of going out and shopping.

Did Motrin Bring the Pain to Twitter - November 18th, 2008

Noticed Twitter is down in the middle of the day for “maintenance”.
Just wonder if this was scheduled or did the big Mommy Bloggers vs Motrin Ad war bring Twitter down?

Pepperjam Store Builder - November 6th, 2008

The new Pepperjam Store Builder is getting a lot of attention these days, so I thought I would run a little test with it and see how it looks. I am using the Niche Doctor Pepperjam Plugin which allowed me to set the entire project up from within Wordpress.
Here is the link for my test Pepperjam Watch Store.

Voting Hot Topic Today - November 3rd, 2008

If you look at any trending software today Voting will certainly be the hot topic to follow.
Looking at Google Hot Trends I thought it was odd to see the search for Can I Vote at this late hour. If you are not sure you can Vote today, the day before the election, you have probably missed your opportunity to participate in this election.
