AT&T Spams Their Own Customers for American Idol

In a very strange move, AT&T spammed their OWN network with an advertisement for the American Idol television show, for which AT&T is a sponsor.

What were they thinking?

In this tough economy it seems nothing will be beyond the attempt of a company to draw customers, and that in itself could lead to an even more downward spiral for some companies.

I loved the final 5 Idol group medley last night. It was sad to see Aaron Kelly removed however I do believe the other singers were better singers hence he needed to go!
